Action for Market Towns and the University of Hertfordshire are currently conducting a Benchmarking exercise in St. Albans Town Centre. Benchmarking includes gathering data and information on key performance indicators within the town such as retail offering, footfall, car parking, business confidence, shopper origin and town centre user views.
